Dorje is an experienced trekking guide, who has accompanied guests in the mountains for more than 10 years. He knows almost all paths and is a very good problem solver.
He started in education, and taught in a village school run by an NGO. When they stopped the project, he decided, like many in his village, to work as a carrier. Shortly after, he followed government training for the license of trekking guide and started working as a freelancer. Recently he followed Travelife’s online courses and the online training for Sustainability Manager.
In addition, he helps in the company with, among other things, bookkeeping, picking up clients and the general organization.
